Do I have to have diabetes to join?

No. If you are an adult who would like to improve your health through physical fitness and healthy nutrition, I can help you achieve your goals with a program that best fits you.

How often are the sessions?

If you choose  “It’s all about YOU,” your sessions will take place online, once a month with Bev.  You will receive a program card that you will follow on your own for weeks 2, 3, and 4 of each month.  Bev will connect with you as to your progress then reconvene with you each month with a new program card for you to follow until you have reached your health goals.
If you choose “My Fitness Friends”,  you will join a group of adults online once a week for a resistance exercise session and an opportunity to support each other through chat time after the session.
