Exercise for “You”


There are many reasons why we should exercise… it lifts our mood, it gives us physical strength, it helps control blood sugar and blood pressure, and it can help us sleep better and control our stress levels.

I could go on and on about why we should exercise but when it comes right down to it, we all have to do what makes us happy in life. Perhaps exercise for you is dancing to your favourite play list while you clean your house, or it’s that outdoor walk that clears your head and gives you that needed fresh air.

Maybe it’s getting a new bike this spring because at one time in your life, you loved the freedom of hopping on your bike and letting the wind take you to new adventures.

What activity makes you happy?

Can you do this most days of the week? How can you keep building your muscles and keep your heart strong?
