The tank I am referring to is the one that holds your feelings and emotions. We all have this tank, albeit a figurative tank,
it exists if you are a man, woman, teenager, child, school age, toddler, infant…. Heck, even my dogs have an emotional tank!
We are living in a time where we are experiencing many layers of stress, and it’s in times like this when your emotional tank often runs on empty.
We all have to pause, and take a moment to refill with the good things. Scripture, prayer, sunshine, worship, songs, laughter, exercise, hobbies, friends, family, hugs. Refill your empty tank, or you’ll find those emotions (tears, anger, snappy words) will overflow with no reason why.
Take a moment. Refill. It’s a very important part of your day!
